- HAWKSHAW IS INTENDED FOR LEGAL USE ONLY. The App is a smartphone and tablet monitoring software designed for parents who wish to monitor their children under 18 years and employers who want to keep track of their employees through company-owned smartphones and tablets. The buyer of the app service is responsible to adhere to the local laws of their country or region. The software is only to be used for ethical monitoring purposes. Hawkshaw Software will cooperate with the law-enforcing authorities to the full extent, when legal requests for user data are received from courts, government agencies and others, investigating or prosecuting criminal activity.
- Some or all the features of the Hawkshaw Software app may stop working after some time. In case any functionality is deprecated due hardware incompatibility, OS changes or other such third-party reasons, Hawkshaw Software is not responsible and any payment made for service is non-refundable.
- The user controls the device through the app, as a consequence, the user is responsible for any kind of data loss on the device that the app is installed or on the Hawkshaw servers.
- Payment once submitted is non-refundable. Hawkshaw Software is not responsible for any loss of payment through the use of the payment gateway.
