Muenster and Hot Sausage Lasagna

2 Rolls of hot sausage
2-3 Blocks of muenster cheese
1 Bag of mozzarella
1 Large Container of sauce w/ the mushrooms and peppers
1 Small ricotta cheese container
2 Eggs
1 Box of those no boil lasagna noodles
1 Good book to read in the bathroom following consumption

Cook up the sausage and pour in the majority of the sauce.

Slice up that muenster.

Mix the 2 eggs into the ricotta cheese.

Layering Procedure:

left over sauce in the bottom
noodles
1/3 of ricotta
meat and sauce
muenster cheese
noodles
1/3 of ricotta
thin layer of meat and sauce
thin layer of mozzarella w/ some muenster
noodles
1/3 ricotta
meat and sauce
shit loads of muenster and mozzarella

Cover with foil and bake for 60 mins at 375, remove foil at the 45 minute mark.
