sudo yum install -y yum-utils device-mapper-persistent-data lvm2
sudo yum-config-manager --add-repo https://download.docker.com/linux/centos/docker-ce.repo
## ok now we have some unmet dependacies and it gets a little hacky (note these are not available in https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/)
