In the question Vamos medir os esforços da comunidade usando métricas específicas is asked what metrics the community would like to have to measure overall site progress.

Allied to this, I would like to know:

  1. What are the metrics SE itself uses to analyze the progress of a web site, especially international sites?
  2. How is this data collected?
  3. How often is the analysis done?
  4. Who does the analysis?
  5. And especially what do they do after the analysis?

Are the results raised from these reports accessible to the community? If so, how?
