This was done very quickly... the author block isn't changed because I just want to make sure people know this is NOT my work.
I took this:
https://github.com/emacsmirror/ob-clojurescript/blob/master/ob-clojurescript.el

And only:

• changed 'clojurescript' to 'babashka' in fn names
• changed the executable from 'lumo' to 'bb'

Cool stuff. I also found this, which was an attempt to get some functionality like this into org-mode:

I'm using a slightly modified version of that patch myself, and it's been great so far.
