[MODIFIER KEY] + f5 = Form field Rotor
[MODIFIER KEY] + f6 = Headings Rotor
[MODIFIER KEY] + f7 = Links Rotor
[MODIFIER KEY] + [Down Arrow] = Read all
[Right Arrow] = skip to next item
[Left Arrow] = rewind to previous item
[MODIFIER KEY] + CTRL + [Down Arrow] = Skim Read
[MODIFIER KEY] + [Up Arrow] = Re-read current item
ALT + [Up Arrow] = Re-read previous item
CTRL + ALT + [ARROW KEYS] = table navigation
[MODIFIER KEY] + z = Toggle virtual cursor on/off (useful for exiting application mode)
