- Yes - People have paid their debts to society with jail time

- No - way too high of a requirement for adjusting taxes and fees

- No - limits appeals time, 75 year old judges!?!
- Amendment 7: First Responder and Military Member Survivor Benefits; Public Colleges and Universities
- No - requires too much of a “majority”
- Amendment 9: Prohibits Offshore Oil and Gas Drilling; Prohibits Vaping in Enclosed Indoor Workplaces
- Yes - No drilling. No vaping at work. Two peas in a pod
- Amendment 10: State and Local Government Structure and Operation
- No - appoint sheriffs based on skill, not popularity
- Amendment 11: Removal of Obsolete Provisions
- Yes - nothing beats a good removal of dead code
- Amendment 12: Lobbying and Abuse of Office by Public Officers
- Yes - no penalties defined, but anything to prevent lobbying
- Amendment 13: Ends Dog Racing
- Yes - save the pups!
