took a look at his repository and update or something probably changed a few things the way you do it is.

import { Stack } from "expo-router";
import { useFonts } from "expo-font";
// import * as SplashScreen from "expo-splash-screen";

// SplashScreen.preventAutoHideAsync();

export const unstable_settings = {
  // Ensure any route can link back to `/`
  initialRouteName: "home",
};

const Layout = () => {
  const [fontsLoaded] = useFonts({

    DMMedium: require("../assets/fonts/DMSans-Medium.ttf"),
    DMRegular: require("../assets/fonts/DMSans-Regular.ttf"),

  if (!fontsLoaded) {
    return null;
  }

  return (

For those get the font error issue try changing the if condition to this, which uses the Font.loadAsync function
if(fontsLoaded) {
await Font.loadAsync(fontsLoaded);
}

Yes. Add data to the flatList value instead of dummy values 1,2,3,4... and it should work.

i did the correction as Data = {data} inside flatlist part as i referred here , since data={data} was giving an error.

Also , I am getting the same error whenever I run the code :-

How do we solve it , anyone has any idea , if anyone has any solution to this part , please help me before 19th of October please.

You should only assign the variable data to one thing. get rid of either the data = {[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8]} or data = data. data is lower case as is when you had assigned it previously.

even I did that also ,and currently it is data={data} only and i have removed the dummy values also . But whenever I run the code it shows the Alert message " There is an error" . There is even no horizontal scrollable job cards which where there before this API integration thing. I have checked twice with the video to check if I missed any code snippet , but all code lines are exactly the same yet I am stuck .

Hi! Am I the only one who is encountering this problem? I did just as Adrian did in the video but the header (Stack.Screen) doesn't work or is not displaying for some reason. I even copied Adrian's code from GitHub but same. What could I be missing here? Or does this work only on iPhones which I don't have?

do not use curly braces, instead use ( ) and it should work

headerLeft: () => (
  <ScreenHeaderBtn iconUrl={icons.menu} dimension="60%" />
),
headerRight: () => (
  <ScreenHeaderBtn iconUrl={icons.heart} dimension="100%" />

If people reach their API limit, you can always copy the demo data and create a json file in assets. To reach the data use this:

const response = await axios.request("./../assets/data.json");

Only bug is that the error will still show status for the local fetch even if you render the data.

I keep getting an error 400 when i click on a job. I keep getting the "something went wrong" rendering. Everything was working until the tabs were implemented then everything went away. i worked my way down to the footer and was able to get it to render on the local host but not on expo i've verified my code and kept getting an error 400 when i click on a job I've verified the job-details [id].js file and the getFetch file looks good.
I even signed up for the payment plan on RapiAPI for the JSearch API
Screenshot

getting the same issue couldn't find how to resolve it

Did you make it work ? I am also seeing the same something went wrong but the api works fine on postman and curl. Any idea ?

You reached your API limit, had the same issue so I copied the dummy data they show on api site and created a json file. Its not needed to pay for the data, use the example.

In the assets folder, I create a data.json and copied the data from the right side of the API request documentation. To fetch the data, in useFetch.js use const response = await axios.request("./../assets/data.json");
