Do you how to change the whole skin of SAS 9.4, not just the editor?

Hi 😃, the whole skin is not configurable, but you can change the SAS log background color.

In the command line of the log window type color background grey (or blue, green, yellow, red, etc.) and then save the setting using wsave all. Hope it helps 😃.
