Python completions for Sublime Text 2.

Comment out the line:
py_compl = (py_compl, sublime.INHIBIT_WORD_COMPLETIONS | sublime.INHIBIT_EXPLICIT_COMPLETIONS)
if you still want the default (file) completions to be included.
