What about implementation for Windows? And Why work only COM1-COM4?
I think that must use correction:

$this->_device = '\\\.\COM' . $matches[1]; (it's works)

can i read what device is trigger? or on what what port its trigger? for example i am using card reader for in and out.

Unable to set stop bit length , error ( after updating the lib.class)
