Optibuild User Guide

Welcome to Optibuild, the AI-powered tool for image analysis! Follow these steps to get started.

Prepare Your Board

Before using Optibuild, you need to set up your monday.com board appropriately. This involves creating columns for image files and analysis results and populating the board with your data.

  1. Create Columns:

    • Create a column of the 'File' type to store your image files.
    • Create a column of the 'Text' type to store the output from the Optibuild algorithm.
  2. Populate Your Board:

    • Populate the 'File' column with your image files. Each file should be placed in the respective item row.

Prepare Your Data

We provide a collection of sample files that you can use to get a feel for how Optibuild works. You can access these files from this Google Drive folder.

Run Optibuild

Once your board and data are ready, you can run Optibuild to analyze your images.

  1. Select Your Group and Column:

    • In the Optibuild application, select the group that contains the items you want to analyze.
    • Select the 'Text' column you created earlier. This is where Optibuild will store the analysis results.
  2. Ask Your Question:

    • Ask a question about your images, such as "Is the wall dirty?".
  3. Wait for Results:

    • Optibuild will analyze your images and populate the selected 'Text' column with the results. This may take a few moments.

And that's it! You can now see the AI-powered analysis results in your board. Keep in mind that Optibuild is an AI tool, and results can vary based on the complexity and quality of the image.

Please note that these instructions are a general guide. Your use of Optibuild may differ slightly depending on your specific board setup and requirements.
