Hearty Beef Chili - Serves 4-6

Heat oil in large pot over med heat.
Add pepper, onion, garlic and salt until softened, about 7 min.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, chipotle chili and black pepper.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, undrained. Cook 5 min.
Add crushed tomatoes and drained beans.
Bring to simmer and cook for 15 min.
Serve hot and garnished with cheese and sour cream.
