Lemon Scones

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter frozen and grated (see post)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Bake

  • 400°F for 12-15min
