- 2 loaves (6x9 pans)
- 3 eggs
- 16oz pumpkin puree
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix wet ingredients until oil is worked into mixture
- Sift dry ingredients
- Add dry ingredients and blend well
- Grease & fill loaf pans ½ - ¾ full
- Bake 45 min - 1 hour at 350°F
- Let rest - bread is ready when inserted toothpick comes out clean
