The Problem

Defining records in Haskell causes accessor functions for the record's fields to be defined. There is no seperate namespace for these accessor functions.

The Goal

Be able to

• use records in Haskell, which share field names.
• use lenses for accessing these fields

How to disable HTML links with CSS?

Since IE11 we can just use CSS to prevent elements to fire hover and click event. Here is how to do it:

2 front-end tips to keep in mind

1. Stop using .innerHTML = ''; when removing children to a DOM element.

On modern browsers it seems to be about 400× (!!) slower than this DOM-friendly method:
