How is breast, or boob profanity?

I believe the goal was to make a huge list of words to block in the instance of family friendly filters. Better to be more inclusive than less. Allows people to modify to their liking more easily. You'll notice many profanity bypasses are also blocked (e.g. "kum"). That's not profanity but it's a close alias. If you don't like it, modify it or don't use it.
