Stage -1 电话面试 - high level/ skill fits

  • Sell yourself

    • get your story ready

    • show your personality and talk about yourself beyond work;

    • explain your experience & give details;

Stage 2 - 技术面试

  • Technical questions – concepts, detailed of how you used X tool/language/framework…
  • White board an answer
  • Explain how you approach a problem, articulate why, how you react when told/asked if you could do it differently
  • Compare X tool over Y
  • Technical test before or after all of the above
  • Show your depth of experience, knowledge. Always use eg’s and refer back to the CV project or company so they can read along.
