Start Emacs Client in GUI (and launch Emacs server if not already running)

Line 45 was causing me an issue:

*ERROR*: Symbol’s function definition is void: apm-graphic-frame-init

so I removed the whole line and it works fine still. Why is that line there?

Same problem as @joech4n here.

That relates to my own personal emacs configuation - it was there to try and ensure my theme etc gets loaded when running via emacs daemon but it is not really needed so I'll remove it.

I hadn't actually realised anyone else was using my gist's - any it seems there is no email notification when comments get added.. so I only just saw your comments now.
