Scope (v1 — unchanged)

In: one Airtable base, one Cards table, the v4 lifecycle, Stan/Worker/QUALMAGGIE/Ed/Done views, meta spec card as row 1, one-shot Hermes import. Out (deferred): Discord automations, anything that touches Hermes itself.

Multi-Agent Architecture — v4 (Stan, post-Ed-locks, 2026-05-26)

Roles fixed by Ed (2026-05-26, v4 locks):

• Stan — owns #ideas and the spec-as-file lane only. Workshops idea with Ed → brainstorms with @dairycow or @Ed to confirm he understands the question → drafts spec PR → iterates vs Codex to PASS → writes Airtable cards referencing spec_sha → @QUALMAGGIE handoff. STOP. Stan does nothing after the QUALMAGGIE handoff.
• QUALMAGGIE — project manager + gate runner. Pulls ready cards, assigns Marge or Bart, creates per-card threads, owns worker liveness, runs Codex on each PR anchored to spec_sha, actions the verdict (re-wake worker on reject, allow merge on approve), watches main CI on merge.
• Codex — automated reviewer. Vets spec PRs (called by Stan) and worker PRs (called by QUALMAGGIE). Verdict text + line-cited reasons; no human judgment in the gate.
• Marge / Bart — workers. Implement in assigned thread, push to GitHub, flip card to review-required.
