Upgrading o-footer.md

You'll need to add these two files to your project:

• https://github.com/Financial-Times/o-footer/blob/v2.0/img/nikkei_logo.png
• https://github.com/Financial-Times/o-footer/blob/v2.0/img/nikkei_logo.svg

And the following CSS should be added/amended:

And the following should be removed.

And that's it! No need to change the HTML, we've deliberately made this as simple as possible so it's just CSS changes.
