Relay Chat Scavenger Hunt Instructions

Each website will be a 'stop', you keep following 'stops' and you're following a 'path' On each stop, you'll get a key, which you can use to decrypt the message to read the instructions in the next stop.

You need to decrypt the ---Encrypted Instructions For This Stop--- from each stop's relay chat (look for the one's in this page)

You can use this website to decrypt them, but for each stop you'll need the key from the previous stop to be able to do it! https://codebeautify.org/encrypt-decrypt (ARC4-40 encryption)

decrypt

On each stop, search for #scavengerhunt in the relay chat to find that stop's instructions

Don't share the answer's to the stops, it would ruin the fun for everyone.

We need a way to have an official path, because if anyone can create stops, there can be multiple paths

a -> b -> c -> d -> e -> f -> h    - official
      \-> i -> j                   - dead end

We don't want you to follow the wrong path and reach a dead end

So for now, only messages posted by the user 'aljgom' are part of the scavenger hunt, for the future, I'll try to think of a better way to determine if you are following the correct path, so that anyone can add a next stop

But please do help! If you can think of instructions for a next stop, send me a private message through relay chat so I can review them and add them to the official path if they're appropriate!

For creating new stops, make sure you're using information and links that will not change, think: if someone wants to start the scavenger hunt in 5 years, they should be able to follow it. Be creative!
