  1. What is a pricing model of a project (one-off or maintenance)?
  2. Are we able to access the source code?
  3. Will it be possible to transfer the project back to us in the future if we want to?
  1. We are flexible for that and depending on the actual need of clients. Typically a project would be paid one-off in 3 payments. 1st deposit payment being arranged when the project is confirmed. 2nd payment when the project is ready for UAT (User Acceptance Test). 3rd payment after project launches to the market. After project launches, we can discuss and provide monthly based maintenance (e.g. fixed amount of man powers being allocated for each month for issues investigating, bugs fixing, and feature enhancements), or on-demand maintenance (charge only when needed).
  1. That would be discussed and agreed with our terms. Usually we would have 30% additional charge if all the source code would be provided to and owned by the client.
  1. Sure. Not only the source code can be owned by the client, we can also provide code walkthrough, training, technical hand-over if needed. All these arrangements would be discussed and agreed with clients when we draft the contract and terms.
