Pairing in Session 5 - Reflection

To start this assignment:

  1. Click the button in the upper right-hand corner that says Fork. This is now your copy of the document.
  2. Click the Edit button when you're ready to start adding your answers.
  3. To save your work, click the green button in the bottom right-hand corner. You can always come back and re-edit your gist.

Reflection

  • What was one thing you wanted feedback on from your partner at the end of this session?
  • What was the one thing your partner wanted feedback on?
  • You may have opted to share feedback on the zoom call. Even if you have already done that, you need to be able to effectively give feedback in writing. Write a short paragraph to your partner providing them feedback. The feedback should cover the topic they wanted feedback on and anything else that stuck out to you - positive or constructive. Make sure it is kind, specific, and actionable. This is difficult for most people; take your time, be thoughtful, and be kind to yourself in the process! After being reviewed, it will be shared with your partner.
