Wednesday Pairing Reflection

To start this assignment:

Reflection

  • What was one thing you committed to doing, to be a great driver today? How did you do with that "one thing"?
  • What was one thing you committed to doing, to be a great navigator today? How did you do with that "one thing"?
  • How comfortable are you with the logistical side/tools to pair (screen sharing, typing in front of someone, etc)?
  • Look at the rubric for the Live Paired Evals that are taking place on Friday. Evaluate yourself against it and share your reflections on what you need to keep doing, start doing, and/or stop doing.

  1. I committed to being the driver today. I got more proficient than yesterday.
  2. In the second pairing exercise, i committed to being a better communicator as the navigator.
  3. I am more comfortable.
  4. I have improved a lot; however, I need more practice.
