No, we don’t.
A cursory skim of the list shows the overwhelming preponderance of their names ends in “Wallpaper HD Custom New Tab." A few “ Wallpaper HD New Tab." Most of the rest are themes. I suspect they’re all the same extension module graphics. Two exceptions that stood out involve YouTube: Auto Replay and an blocker.

If you didn’t load crapola like that, the odds are very good your browser is NOT infected.

No, that's wrong.
Google should finally take responsibility and do its work.
Of course, this would reduce Google's profit by 0.0000000001% - but it is Google's responsibility to really validate extensions.

it was happened with the extension Mega.nz.

So its not only always shitty crap extensions like screensaver, themes ....
