Description

Established on 12th March of 1957, Sri Bhakta Ramadasu College of Music and Dance has opened it doors to its first intake of 12 students pursuing an education in the highly specialized field of music and successfully completed its first year of operations. Today, the number of students enrolled with the college exceeds 600 indicating a remarkable success graph over the years.We believe that this success is backed by the locational advantage of the college at marredpally.

In today's world of globalization and all round competition, one has to excel to be counted. Since its up gradation in the year 1966,the college has played a prominent role in shaping and moulding the personal image and musicianship of the many students who have passed through its doors.

The unique feature of the college lies in its cross-cultured orientation in the courses it offers. The college shelters both the North-Indian Hindustani and the South-indian Carnatic disciplines of music,a combination hardly found anywhere else in India.

The college has established her as an icon to past and current students and as an aspiration to future music students.

  • More details about courses
    • listing instruments/... like violin, vocals, ....
    • 4 years Certificate course and additional 2 years diploma
  • College timings (only afternoons, from x.xx pm to x.xx pm, Sundays, second saturdays, AP govt holidays closed) Class duration (batches, 30 mins to 1 hr per session, depending upon year, stream etc) [These are very important info. Viewer's decision to join the college may depend on these details]
  • Eligibility / restrictions (age etc.)
  • Note about Medium of instruction & examination?
  • Comes under: Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, Department of Culture?
  • Very nominal fees. (mention fees here?)
