  1. Enable new bookmark app system at chrome://flags/#disable-new-bookmark-apps
  2. Allow those apps to be opened in windows instead of just tabs at chrome://flags/#disable-hosted-apps-in-windows
  3. Go to a website, click on hamburger settings icon > More Tools > Add to Applications…
  4. Name the application and check "Open as window"
  5. Open the application from ~/Applications/Chrome Apps/ or chrome://apps
