<LI>Passion for solving dynamic challenges with a strong sense of ownership and&nbsp;drive.</LI>
<LI>1-2 years development experience with open source and object oriented programming languages (Ruby)&nbsp;required.</LI>
<LI>Development experiencing using APIs (REST, XMLRPC, SOAP)&nbsp;required.</LI>
<LI>Development experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails required, jQuery UI, RSpec, GIT, CSS and&nbsp;JavaScript.)</LI>
<LI>Experience with Behavior Driven (BDD) and Test Driven (TDD) development techniques&nbsp;preferred.</LI>
<LI>Development experience using MySQL/Postgresql or other relational databases&nbsp;required.</LI>

<LI>Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent&nbsp;required.</LI>
