To setup a Debian 10, 11, 12 server from scratch for Python apps, Go apps (this guide may also work with Debian 8 Jessie, Debian 9 Stretch)

python 3.6.6:
If you get the following error message
zipimport.ZipImportError: can't decompress data; zlib not available
=> Resolve: install the ‘zlib1g-dev’ package
apt-get install zlib1g-dev
are run ‘make’ and ‘make install’ again.
