  2. James Bach has been a subject of public concern since at least 2004
  3. Former collaborators have raised concerns too
  4. Ongoing concern about James' behavior through 2015
  5. People have rage-quit the context-driven testing community because of their interactions with James and that is just the account of one person who was brave to publish. Many more have quit testing after hostilities and not published but only told their story over coffee.
  6. James Bach's supporters have used social media bullying tactics against those with whom they disagree
  7. James' supporters call out people who disagree with James, especially they like to call out women
  8. James Bach has questioned diversity in tech since at least 2010

James Bach attacks anyone if they don't do context driven testing

A lot of the people who try to introduce devops to testing are women. Coincidence?

  1. Concerns were raised about James' retrograde stance on automation even by former collaborators
  2. James and his supporters have gone out of their way to alienate the devops movement since at least 2009
  3. James encourages to disparage companies that practiced devops
  4. James Bach has said that devops represents part of a "war" on "skilled software testers and those who craft tools for testers to use"

  1. James has been more active on twitter in recent years and he has been called out for using bullying tactics against those who disagree with him
  2. James was more active in 2016 and got called out

  4. James was called out again later in 2016 for using bullying tactics against a woman who disagreed with him
  5. Here is another post calling James out, that adds some more history
  6. The woman who had been the subject of the slide also gave feedback to James
  7. In the end the posts above sparked a public thread on a Ministry Of Testing community forum
