As part of the support team, you will be providing first-class service to our
customers, like Dropbox and Pinterest, as well as ensuring any feedback gets
integrated back to the product.

As part of the support team, you will be providing first-class service to our
customers, like Dropbox and Pinterest, as well as ensuring any feedback gets
integrated back to the product.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, debugging issues
and help the product development team shape the roadmap for Transifex based on
the feedback from customers. You will help shape our relationship with existing
and new customers, as the company scales in size.

Specifically, you will

- provide technical support to our (existing and potential) customers through
multiple channels (dedicated email accounts, twitter etc).
- help guide and advice new customers on their use of Transifex.
- provide feedback to the product development team.
- debug and resolve technical issues that might arise and suggest improvements
to the codebase to the QA team.
- set up monitoring solutions and respond to any incidents.
- expand the documentation and knowledge base.
- write custom sample scripts for integrating with Transifex.

For this position you will need to have

- excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
- excellent written communication skills.
- knowledge of some programming languages, preferably Python.
- knowledge of SQL.
