I agree to,
1. Not accept liquidity preferences of investors without an employee vote.
2. Put no restrictions on the transfer of up to 80% of employee ISOs.
3. That a minimum of 15% of equity be allotted for employees.
4. Put an elected employee representative on the board.
5. To not grant stock units with restrictions that founders be investors are not subject to.
