Ski and snow report whistler
Plus three weeks is a significant part of a season. My son did a season in Whistler the year before the Ski and snow report whistler. I wonder how well marketed that area is in Europe also. Next week the best skiing and most extensive terrain will be on offer at 1,520mabove the Aosta Valley. The Alps have really excellent snow conditions now on upper pistes and glacier slopes, and the forecast indicates major snowfall to come next week. The UK ski companies have advised that this is the newest most luxurious hotel in Whistler and, in the event of poor snow conditions we thought a nice hotel would provide some compensation, though we would be chosing the lowest rate room type a moderate room.
And if not, rent bikes and check out the awesome biking trails! This is especially true for resorts at lower elevations where the bottom half of the mountain is above melting temperature. I can drive to Mammoth but I rarely do.
