Notes:
* Dates listed are for offset 0. Offset 1/2 is +1/+2 weeks for M1/M2,
  +2/+4 weeks for M3/M4/M5, and +0 weeks for RCs, Release and SRs.
* If Thanksgiving (11/27), Christmas (12/25) and/or New Years (1/1) fall
  between two adjacent milestones, the deadline for second milestone
  will be extended by 1, 2 or 3 weeks. This has been done for the offset
  0 dates listed above, but will be done for offset 1 and 2 dates as
  well when translating them in
* The listed adjustment in parentheses is the number of weeks added to
  that date when compared to the current draft dates.
* I've moved Ed's dates to Thursdays since having dates on Thursdays has
  a lot of benefits. When not moving M1, it is left on a Friday because
  the TSC previously voted to not move it any sooner than 11/21.
