Now that you have all dependencies required to run Photoshop CS6, you can now run the Adobe setup. Either right click Setup.exe, or from the terminal:
cd /home/user/path/to/installer
wine Set-up.exe
I tried that, but it didn't work for me. So, I installed a Windows 10 virtual machine, debloated it, and installed PS in it. and since I have good resources on my computer, it worked perfectly.
