TexLive 2014を入れたWindowsで確認した

ltjsbook が LuaTeX-ja による日本語なLaTeXマクロ
hyperrefに unicode=true オプションつけないとしおりとかメタデータが文字化けする
luatexja-preset は埋め込みフォントセットの指定
