Job Description:-
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Solution Architect with a robust understanding of the SAP ecosystem. This individual will be a key player in creating and executing strategic plans related to SAP implementation, maintenance, and enhancement. They will also be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
1.	10-12 years of experience in SAP architecture design and development.
2.	Extensive experience with SAP modules such as SAP HANA, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, BW/BI, FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP.
3.	Comprehensive understanding of SAP best practices and new technologies.
4.	Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and its interaction with other systems.
5.	Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
6.	Proven experience in managing and delivering complex SAP projects.
7.	Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.
8.	Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred (Good to Have) Skills:
1.	SAP Certifications equivalent to TOGAF or equivalent.
2.	TOGAF certification
3.	Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Integration technologies.
4.	Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
5.	Previous experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or similar.
6.	Understanding of regulatory standards relevant to the specific industry.
7.	Proficiency in Hindi and/or other regional languages.

Education:
1.	Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
2.	Additional MBA degree from reputed Management college would be preferred
