In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted with Contributions from any Corporation (defined below) to EchoLabsME PTE. LTD. ("EchoLabsME"), EchoLabsME must have a Corporate Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") on file that has been signed by an authorized representative of the Corporation, indicating agreement to the license terms below.
This Agreement is for the protection of the Corporation, its employees and designated Contributors, EchoLabsME, and the recipients of EchoLabsME's software. It does not change the Corporation's rights to use its own Contributions for any other purpose.
