Job Description:
The Product Design Lead immerses themselves in user experience, design, technology and business. The Designer is responsible for driving the user experience, design, and consistency of the core product offerings across both web and mobile. The Designer is responsible for a wide range of disciplines, from brainstorming, research, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, interactive prototyping and front-end development. The Designer will own new projects as well as improvements to existing products, always challenging decisions for improvement. The Designer will work closely with product managers, engineers and core team leaders.  
Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver digital experiences for new and existing functionality, covering all platforms.
- Lead design projects from concept to user research, user testing, content, prototyping, high fidelity mockups, specifications, and interactive prototypes.
- Craft front-end code (html/css/js) beside engineering into the release and implementation.
- On-going, quality assurance and bug tracking. Responsible for fixing and reporting issues.
- Build and maintain brand style guides and interaction libraries.
- Passionate about learning and improving in your career to build better products.
Skills:

- 7+ years of digital product design and user experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of a rapid prototyping tool like Axure.
- Understanding of design patterns for iOS, Android and the modern web.
- Comfortable in HTML5/CSS3 and Git with some skill in Javascript.
- Experience documenting user feedback, user personas and business requirements, in order to design solutions that are both user-centric and meet businesses objectives.
- Must have obsessive attention to detail.
- Meticulous when it comes to typography, grids, balance, and white space.
- Can communicate and present design decisions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to design quickly and share work-in-progress openly and frequently.
- Have strong opinions that are also loosely held. You should be willing to fight for your ideas, but willing to accept feedback from anyone. Your goal should be the best solution over anything else.
