Write out a few career goals / milestones you want to achieve in the next 1-2 years.
Identify a group of companies you would like to work at. Ones that you feel would suit what it is you want to achieve.
Draft introductory letters to send to the above companies along with your resume. Do not wait for the jobs to be advertised.
