| This Privacy Policy outlines how the 'twofa' Discord application collects, uses, and protects data. | |
| Data Collection | |
| The bot only collects and stores Discord Channel IDs. This is required for the bot to know which channels to send the automated API outage alerts to when the !track command is used. | |
| Data Usage | |
| The collected Channel IDs are used strictly for sending automated operational alerts regarding Roblox Authentication and 2FA API statuses. | |
| Data Storage and Retention | |
| Channel IDs are stored locally in a basic text file (channels.json). If a user runs the !untrack command, the Channel ID is immediately and permanently deleted from this file. |
