While it's nice to get an offer from ARM. I'm currently in a
development project (just started a few days ago) with EFF. This
project will go on for a few months.

Positions in the Emirates are usually very well paid, but I have
significant personal trouble with government linked companies
working on security technologies as the UAE doesn't have a very
good track record when it comes to human rights. I've been to the
UAE a couple of times and while I'd readily re-locate to a lot of
asian countries, I can't imagine living there for a long time. I'm
also not a cipher designer, nor do I have a math degree.
