Adds custom icons to the main Admin Bar display. Sharon requested this feature via the Feedback form. ~Thanks Sharon
The menu id name is: 'id' => 'custom_menu', which relates to the css id name: #wp-admin-bar-custom_menu
In the first function, update the url to the icon(s) and modify the id name of the each custom_menu that you use.
In the css function, duplicate the id names for each custom_menu name. The first id moves the icon over with margin, the second sets the width of the menu item Adjust the margin to set the icon in he middle.
