- I shipped going independent. As of January 27th 2012, I left my shift in the agency world to have a go at working on my own.
- Not five business days later I shipped a very enticing job acceptance to join Simply Measured, hands down my favorite job I've ever had. I'm employee #12.

- We shipped Simply Measured's Freebie Report Marketplace, http://simplymeasured.com/freebies This helped better acquiant free users with how our subscriber product works, and overall helped unify our product offering.
- I shipped a brand spankin' new Magento e-comm site for my friends at Peachtree Audio. http://peachtreeaudio.com/
- On a whim, I signed up to partake in Seattle Creative Mornings' "Battledecks" event, a PowerPoint Karaoke showdown. I ended up shipping first place prize over some formidable opponents. :)
- I shipped one of my favorite creations ever -- an app to automatically deliver flowers to dear old Mom each year on Mother's Day -- http://begoodtomom.com/
- I shipped a barge-load of updates to our on-boarding experience for new SM customers, effectively making one my coworker's job obsolete (at his request. :D)
- I shipped innumerable new features, fixes, and updates to the Simply Measured app (http://app.simplymeasured.com), including a new help section for customers, an internal status dashboard, Desk.com integration, cleaner management of authentications, integration with our HR solution Resumator, and various other tools to help our team work faster and smarter.
- I shipped a small design refresh of http://www.simplymeasured.com, including a beefed up team section and more transparent numbers about our activity, our accomplishments, our growth, and our trajectory (we were up to 27 folks at this point, I think).

- I took on a mentee for the first time; a promising youngin in the tech industry, who's going to make some waves in the years ahead.
- We moved into a house on an island just outside of Seattle and we're in love with it.
