Assignment

The Original Owner grants the New Co-Owner a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, non-terminable, sub-licensable (at multiple levels), transferable, worldwide license to change, modify, combine, and otherwise use and exploit (both commercially and non-commercially) the Deliverable in any known and currently unknown manner, without restriction.

Signed

This contract comes into effect as soon as:

1. The Original Owner has written their name, signature and the date of signage on each page.
2. Both parties have received a copy of this document where the above has been completed.

Volunteer Contract

Engagement

All signed parties will be engaging with each other on a pro-bono, volunteer, and optional basis, meaning that all offerings, contributions, provisions, obligations, compensation, or otherwise is done and maintained at each party’s own volition and discretion, unless another explicit mutual agreement overrules or compliments this one.

Imaginary

All signed parties agree that the imaginary, such as thoughts, ideas, and processes are not copyrightable due to the idea-expression distinction and that no signed party will make claim of the imaginary against another signed party, unless another explicit mutual agreement overrules or compliments this one.

Tangible

All signed parties agree that the tangible, such as the particular expression of a thought, idea, or process may be copyrightable, as such a party will respect the ownership, copyright and privacy of an expression, including that of passwords, code, images, text, data. A party can at its discretion and ability explicitly assign or transfer ownership or grant license of an expression to itself or another party.

Assignment

The Original Owner hereby grants and assigns, and will grant and assign, to the New Owner all rights and interests in the Deliverable. Where assignment of full ownership is not possible as a matter of applicable mandatory law, the Original Owner’s assignment to the New Owner covers, to the broadest extent possible under such law, the exclusive (also in relation to the Original Owner), irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, non-terminable, sub-licensable (at multiple levels), transferable, worldwide rights to change, modify, combine, and otherwise use and exploit (both commercially and non-commercially) the Deliverable in any known and currently unknown manner, without restriction.
