Healthy tartare sauce

  • 4 tbsp crème fraiche
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • juice of half a lemon
  • a few sprigs of parsley, chopped

Combine in a bowl. Serve with fish.
