SublimeText: `Split Vertically` analogue of the PyCharm

  • File -> New View into File: will open a second tab for the same file.
  • View -> Layout -> Columns: 2: will open another column group.
  • View -> Move File to Group -> Group 2: will move the second file into the second column group.
