How to send an email to KDP support

  1. Log in at kdp.amazon.com.

  2. Click “Help”

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click “Contact us”

  4. Select a category (usually “Book details”) and type and submit your message (example below).

Example message

Hi there,

I'm writing to ask if you could please change the "About the author" section of "Editorial reviews" on my book Title.

There's just one small mistake. We need to change

"…dysfunctionalities has been part of…"

to

"…dysfunctionalities have been part of…"

(has => have)

I've tried to change this myself but I'm not actually sure where the text comes from—it doesn't appear to be drawn directly from either KDP or CreateSpace.

Thanks in advance for your help.
