The Bugs License r2

The Bugs License is in the public domain, because nothing else seems suitable.

Definitions

  1. "Bugs" are errors, flaws, failures, or faults that produce incorrect or unexpected results, or cause unintended behavior.

Terms

  1. Bugs in the licensed work are features, to be cherished, documented, and developed upon.

  2. Modified works must not include known bugs.

  3. Where identified, modified works' bugs shall be fixed.

  4. Authors and maintainers of the licensed work reserve the right to pull bug fixes from modified or derivative works without compensation, recognition, or any other reference to the authors of the bug fix.

The Fight Club License

  1. You do not talk about the FIGHT CLUB LICENSE.

  2. You DO NOT talk about the FIGHT CLUB LICENSE.

  3. If someone says "stop" or goes limp, taps out the project is over.

The Schrödinger License r2

The Schrödinger License is licensed under the terms of The Schrödinger License.

Definitions

  1. "Observe" is defined in the quantum physics sense of the term.

  2. "Observer" is defined as one who observes.

  3. "All material" is defined as everything influenced in any fashion by an observer of licensed material after the observer has observed the licensed material, including, but not limited to, any derivative, creative, or destructive works, any tangible or intangible things the observer comes in contact with, any tangible or intangible things that come in contact with things that the observer has come in contact with, any tangible or intangible things that come in contact with things that come in contact with things that the observer has come in contact with, to an infinite level of recursion.

Terms

  1. The licensed material may not be observed.

  2. The licensed material may not simultaneously be observed and not observed.

  3. The licensed material must simultaneously be observed and not observed.

  4. Observing the licensed material will require the observer to license all material under The Schrödinger License.

Exceptions

  1. The Schrödinger License does not apply if the observer is a Schrödinger's Cat currently being observed in a Schrödinger's Box experiment.

  2. The Schrödinger License does not apply to itself when The Schrödinger License is the object of discussion.

r2. Added Exception 2. The Schrödinger License can now be discussed and linked to for discussion without applying the license terms to The Schrödinger License, when The Schrödinger License is the subject of the discussion.

The Anyone But Stallman License (ABSL)

The Stallman License is licensed under the terms of The Stallman License.

Definitions

  1. "GNU RMS" is defined as the person, commonly known as Richard Matthew Stallman, responsible for the development and writing of the GNU General Public License versions 2 and 3 and the founding of the Free Software Foundation.

  2. "his descendants" are defined as biological or adoptive children of GNU RMS, the heirs of GNU RMS in any fashion, any organisms made using genetic material from GNU RMS, any intelligences, artificial or otherwise, made using a brain state of GNU RMS as a template, and/or any entities claiming to be the descendant of GNU RMS.

  3. "CopyDown" is defined as the practice of stripping a work of all attributions and licenses and re-distributing it with or without new attributions and/or licenses.

Terms

  1. The licensed work may not be used by GNU RMS or his descendants.

  2. Modified versions of the licensed work may be used without restrictions (CopyDown).
